Department of Medicines Policy and Medical Products of the MoH KR (DMP&MP) informs that new data on the safety of medicines are regularly published on its website – pharm.kg – in the “Pharmacovigilance” section. This is done to notify specialists of the healthcare system, representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical companies about important changes in the safety status of medicines, new safety precautions, and recommendations to prevent serious complications resulting from pharmacotherapy.
We also remind you that it is necessary to report a suspected adverse reaction to any medicines! By doing this, you are contributing to forming an up-to-date safety status of a drug.
If an adverse reaction to a certain medicine occurs on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, you can report this using the most convenient way for you:
- By filling out an online notification form (if you are a medical specialist or a holder of a medicine’s registration certificate);
- By calling the pharmacovigilance hotline at 0800 800 26 25. The call is free;
- Patients can report an adverse reaction by filling out a pop-up form in the right lower corner on the Department’s website – pharm.kg;
- Via the MedSafety mobile app.
