Temperature in operating theaters of the Oncology Center is over +18 degrees

The information that people are being operated in unheated operating theaters of the National Center of Oncology and Hematology is not true. This was stated by the Center’s director, Ernis Tilekov.

“The operating theater comprises eight sections. Each of them is supplied with heating at a temperature of at least 18 degrees and higher. Last week, a heating radiator started leaking in one of the operating sections. The accident was prevented. Last Friday we performed 25 surgeries on patients. I would like to ask people to contact the management and obtain more reliable information before starting to spread false information in social networks,” says Ernis Tilekov.

It should be noted that information was recently posted on Facebook that an operating room in the National Center of Oncology and Hematology does not have heating and that patients are undergoing surgeries in unheated operating theaters.
